Neil Heddings and Christine Rams have been wrongly accused in the death of Neil's son Marcus Andrew Heddings. Neil found Marcus lifeless in his bed the morning of November 23, 2002 and to this day does not know what happened to cause the little boys death. Neil and Christine's infant son were taken from and placed in foster care that day.
Neil and Christine are skate boarders and look the part, tattoos, pink hair on her and his head shaven. To some this would paint a picture of people who shouldn't have children in their care. Neil fought hard in the legal system to keep Marcus away from an undesirable home life and gained custody of Marcus in August of 2002. We have seen Neil taking care of Marcus and how hard he worked to make life good for the little boy. It was obvious that Love was the motive.
Neil and Christine were arrested for his death March 4, 2003.
As you know the expense involved in obtaining Attorney's and Specialists that are needed for a proper defense is extremely high. We simply do not have the means to finance such a defense and that is why we are asking for your help today

We and the friends of Neil and Christine are trying to raise money to help pay for their defense in hopes that they will be free soon.

We know without a doubt that the kids are not guilty of such a crime.
